Mindset
Tips and guidance on using proven tools to improve your mindset. Recommendations vary based on client but may include:
- Suggested materials to read, listen to, or watch.
- Meditation or breathing exercises.
- Keeping a gratitude or happiness journal.
- Taking certain personality tests or courses and incorporating the results into your daily life.
Community
- Priority email support (responses within 1 business day).
- Access to private Freedom Athletics Facebook group.
*Programming will be based on the equipment you have available to you. Scaling options are available for all fitness levels.

How It Works
1Schedule
The first step is to schedule a free consult.
As much as we'd love to work with everyone, we pride ourselves on providing fully customized coaching, which means we can only take on so many clients at a time.
The initial consult will allow us to get to know each other better and make sure it's a great fit for both parties.

2Questionnaire
As you schedule your consult, be sure to click the link in the description to our pre-consult questionnaire.
Please submit your answers ASAP.
The goal of these questions is for us to collect pertinent information about your fitness, nutrition, and health history as well as your goals.
Having this info in advance of the first meeting will help insure your coach is ready to give you the best possible consult!
3Consultation
At the scheduled time, you and your coach will have a Zoom call. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the Freedom Athletics process so come prepared!
The coach will also be asking you questions about the answers you provided on the pre-consult form.
4Onboarding... or Not
If, after the consult, both you and the coach think the Freedom Athletics is a good fit, you'll move to the onboarding phase.
During the onboarding phase you'll have a longer meeting with your coach to discuss your customized fitness, nutrition, and mindset programming. This meeting will include a discussion about what (if any) exercise equipment you have access to, any dietary restrictions or concerns you have, and much (much) more! We'll also get a movement assessment schedule, which will allow your coach to spot imbalances and areas of injury risk.
Unfortunately, we may not be a match right now. And that's okay! Whether our client roster is full or you aren't quite ready for the Freedom Athletic's journey, we're here for you.
